@motoreasy I bought Plan B lite for my Jaguar XF this year in January. I feels like it was a mistake and I have been scammed.
I have reported fault twice on my car and it was declined stating it’s not covered under warranty.
Please do not sell something useless.

Ola service is very poor these days. Every ola driver is asking for cash and not will to go with any other payment options. I took cab for Max Vaishali hospital from Mehrauli and before we reach lajpat cab was flat tyre, still he took full fate from me. No more ola

@GMEscalations Apart from that they did not connect the AC outlet due to which water got collected in my car.
Thanks to you guys, but wanted to inform you a scooter mechanic got it corrected in 30 sec.
I would prefer to get my car serviced from some someone who is a geniune mechanic.

@GMEscalations Just wanted to bring in your notice that your so called mechanic took my car to rectify the problem of my AC, and this was the 4th time car went for same issue. AC is still the same and i m not going to give my car ever again to gomechanic.

@gomechanicindia very poor service standard.
At gomechanic they are using local spare parts and in billing they are charging for branded spares.
There mechanics are untrained and always making fool of customers.
