Titans STC Bones Fassel explains the K ball situation, says the refs weren’t allowing the specific ball they needed into the game based on the clock. Says they’d much, much, much rather have taken the delay of game than kick a QB ball there. Difference in ball is that big.

Quick personal note: I'm going to be sidelined to start football season because I was diagnosed with that scary C word last month and began treatment for it last week. I have a good prognosis, I'm in a good place mentally and I trust that God will guide me through this storm.
