Giggs going from a winger to a top class central midfielder in his mid to late thirties is nothing short of remarkable. That is pure footballing genius. You just do not see players reinvent themselves like that at the highest level.
And what he and Scholes did between 2008 and 2013 was ridiculous. They ran the biggest games, won the biggest trophies, and made it look easy. You will not see that combination of longevity and dominance again.

Seeing greats like Salah, De Bruyne, and Gerrard slow down in their early/mid 30s just highlights how special Giggs and Scholes were. Performing at an elite level at 38 & 40, winning leagues, controlling games… that’s a different standard altogether.

What I don’t get is if all these different supermarkets can sell Leg of Lamb, Beef, Pork & Gammon for 1/2 price at Easter & Xmas then why can’t they sell at this price all year round because they are obviously not selling at a loss or they wouldn’t be doing it.

Mohamed Salah is Liverpool’s greatest Premier League player, full stop. And the fact some of their fans are happy to see him go is incredible. You don’t just replace players like that, you wait years, sometimes decades, to see that level again.
