Every day on the bike is a good day,but some good days are better than others. Been loving my @Merida_Africa CX bike on the gravel roads in my search for some fitness.

First ride in 5 weeks since I got waylaid by our local wildlife. It’s the longest ‘break’ (pun intended) I’ve had from training since I broke my elbow in 2009. The bones haven’t healed completely yet but it’s great to start moving. Best part of the ‘ride’ was getting photo-bombed

Mid ride top ups might be necessary in real sloppy conditions. Wet Lube is quieter in the wet,but that’s a disguise for grinding paste 😁

Sunday - one of those rides that was to be a mix of gravel and pavement....but you roll into that first section of gravel and are greeted with the slop of all slop 💩 and have to listen to your screaming drivetrain for the next 4 hours 😛 Rides likes these end at the car wash 💦
