@rejectsuprstar @ani_a_chen Another possibility is the European Starling, although they're less often heard at night. A recording would confirm the species, I hope you enjoy the song but are able to get some rest as well!

@rejectsuprstar @ani_a_chen Probably a mockingbird if it's at 4am, the artificial light pollution alters their internal clocks by stimulating hormones associated with singing behavior. Also mockingbirds are one of the most vociferous species able to survive in NYC.
