Yesterday, one of our cats; Autumn, passed away after a rapid decline from cancer. For it to happen so soon after our other cat was at ill but was saved through surgery hasn't made it any better. If anyone could give their thoughts and prayers out for her, I'd appreciate it.

Shoutouts to pre beta Super Smash Flash 2 for having some of Wario Man's sprites be just straight up edited from Zangief

I discovered Taiwan CoolFox a little bit before it seemed to start blowing up and now everyone in the server I showed it to believes I'm at the root of bringing it into the public conscious what have i done

@HypraSeaPea And that's not to say high detailed on smaller sprites always looks bad either; games like Metal Slug look fantastic. That said, the way SSF2 executes this sort of look feels very poor.

@HypraSeaPea Yet SSF2 seems to be doing the opposite, using an absurdly high detail art style that's focused so much on making the characters look like the models; from the texture work to the color choices themselves, that it all looks like a muddy mess on these small sprites.

Today's opinion that no one asked for about something that doesn't matter from me is that i think Super Smash Flash 2 looked better when most of its characters were reworked from existing spritework instead of largely being rotoscoped from official Smash's 3D animations
