Port Adelaide will say it was shoulder to shoulder contact & might end up arguing it at the tribunal but hard to see how the tribunal doesn’t assess Houston’s hit on Rankine as severe force rough conduct. Three weeks plus and direct to the tribunal. Can’t accept that in the game

Who is a forgotten player your club drafted that you had high hopes for but didn’t quite pan out? For me as a Port fan it was Mitch Banner.Played only 19 games, one of his best the last game of 2011 against Melb with 21 touches and a goal.This would be his final game at AFL level

@simo_pafc Really is. When you consider how much it has boosted the economy, the simple feat of 96k crowds plus another 50k outside. 3.5 hours of constant singing, dancing, entertaining. The woman is simply incredible. @vii_lauren and I kept saying this is our beatlemania.

@CornesEddy @kochie_online I don't want to sound too critical because I do like Kochie but I do get frustrated when he uses the word I instead of we ( ie I did the charter, not the club did the charter) I think that's where so many get upset. Also if making finals is a pass mark, then that is way too low.

@N_Watson_ Modra won a Coleman but didn’t get a medal that year. Can’t tell me he didn’t contribute to that flag. I think there needs to be an extension of the line somewhere. Exactly where I’m open minded about but still think more recognition is needed

If you didn't play in a winning grand final would you really want a premiership medal, does getting one make you feel more part of it? You are always "a premiership player" for a reason, you earned it on the day that matters most. I wouldn't want one but what do you think?

Mediocre Supporters or Mediocre Club The reaction from keyboard warriors post the finals has been a disgrace @PAFC top to bottom has given everything this year to accelerate the club - so few gave Port any chance in 2023 yet we basically stayed top 3 nearly all season 1/6
