I think I need to start venting on here a bit more often. I've tried counselling and alternative therapy and numerous different antidepressants but I just can't shift this black cloud above me no matter how hard I try ☹️

Officers for Warndon SNT conducting random stop checks on Millwood Drive. This is inline with the national tyre safety campaign. We are advising drivers, where needed, on the requirement to ensure your tyres are in safe condition, especially coming into the winter months...

@SntWarndon Top work 👍🏼 everyone is moaning about it on the Worcester News Facebook page but they don’t get to see the damage that defective tyres cause. Hopefully it will be a regular thing all year round and not just for tyre safety month. Thanks for being saving lives 😊👍🏼

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here, I’ve been really struggling with my mental health and had been off work for almost 5 months. I’m back at work now and slowly getting back on track and taking each day as it comes. I hope everyone is doing okay x

Every year on this day, I come to where the crash happened to reflect on how this spot changed my life forever. 9th March 2018 at around 8:20pm.

Often the media seems to focus on the negative side of things, particularly surrounding being able to get an appt with a doctor and what not and sadly the positives get forgotten as they’re not ‘news worthy’. I for one am very grateful for the care I’ve received. (5/5).

I’ve now been given the resources and recommendations to start my journey with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and be able to take back control of my life following so much trauma, both from the crash and in my personal life. (4/5)

THREAD - There are often negative stories about GPs in the press but I wanted to share my experience. I won’t mention the name of the surgery for obvious privacy reasons. As you’ve probably seen from my tweets, I’ve been in a bit of a rut for the last few months or so (1/5)

Mirror mirror on the wall. I used to hide in this disabled toilet when I wanted to get away from the ward for a bit. I’m back at the QE for an appointment so thought I’d go back to the ward where it all began along with getting this comparison pic. A real mix of emotions.

With that being said, I’m determined to try and turn it into a positive experience, whether it be raising awareness of tyre safety or standing up (ironic) for the rights of disabled people. Here’s to the next 5 years.

Sometimes it doesn’t feel real, sometimes I’ll have dreams where I have both legs but when I wake up, the reality hits me.

@ElectricalAllen @joncoupland They look like ANPR cameras so they could be used for absolutely anything whether it be policing, enforcement or indeed ULEZ - they have Yunex Traffic on them which is what Siemens are now called who deal with traffic lights

Someone clearly isn't a fan of the ULEZ cameras in this area

I feel like all of the post crash positivity and optimism has finally caught up with me and now I’m just stuck in a hole that I can’t get out of ☹️

I just want to do a full days work or go for a long walk without being in excruciating pain at the end of it. I just want my brain to slow down for a bit instead of constantly racing at 100mph.

It’s been a while since I’ve tweeted, certainly anything meaningful anyway. If I’m being completely honest, I’m really struggling lately. I’ve started counselling once a week and my sertraline has been increased twice. All I want is to feel normal again.
