Whilst other companies are looking after their staff, @TheRangeUK are adding three extra hours to their opening times to put their staff under more strain. Think Mike Ashley is bad? He’s got nothing on Chris Dawson and corrupted team of fat cats. @piersmorgan @GMB @BBCNews

We don’t treat our staff properly or enforce social distancing in our stores or make sure things are clean & safe but fill your walls with ugly canvases to put more money in Dawson’s pockets. Vile. @TheRangeUK

The Prime Minister has "actively encouraged" a return to work before the Government has even published workplace safety guidance. This reckless approach will put the lives of working people at risk. Let's be ready to support workers who demand safe working conditions.

@TheRangeUK If work can it be done safely, it should not proceed. People must come before private profit. Stores still open, no queuing system, no official enforcing of social distancing. Do you need to be labelled as #murderers like @BorisJohnson?

How many times do we have to report @TheRangeUK to higher authorities for the lack of care and PPE in stores? They aren’t queue-managing, they aren’t cleaning, they are allowing as many people as possible to come in without distancing. Who can I go to? The police?

@SacrificedMick Very true, Mick. I just hope people remember how poorly this company treated its employees in a time where global togetherness was desperately needed. The big bosses of The Range choose money over the lives of everyone else.

We can’t speak the truth on social media and report the nightmare conditions we’re working under but they can make us work without enough PPE to keep us safe and break gvrment rules about the selling of non-essential goods? Okay 😂

Frightened workers at @TheRangeUK have been warned not to talk to the press or comment on social media. Their jobs are at risk if they do. Many have told me they feel their lives are at risk flogging non-essential items #therange

Amazon UK have increased their employees pay from £8.72 to £9.50 (£10.50 in London). What have @TheRangeUK done? Extended their stores opening hours, ignored PPE guidelines set out by the government and continue to allow the sales of non-essentials like spas and BBQs. #COVID19

@DrafterLemon We have done, I’m afraid. As a group, we represent stores from all over the country and some of us have gone to local MPs who’ve addressed The Range in formal letters but our CEO remains greedy and absent from queries from store managers. We’re at a loss of how to retaliate.

#BailoutHumansNow @TheRangeUK have REFUSED to pay staff if they are off. No SSP, no 80%, nothing. You’re either in work & no PPE or you’re at home with no wages. How are people to live when big businesses and Tory leaders are practically making them choose between life and death?

Another 888 British people dead in the last 24 hours. And yet the Tories keep saying that things are going according to plan. It isn’t them who are at risk. It’s our NHS staff, our key workers. Disgusting politicians.

stores where myself & my colleagues have little PPE—no social distancing rules are able to be implemented— to buy paint. Your company, your head office & your bosses are a fucking disgrace. Your dodging of questions against your actions is disgusting (3/?)

#COVID19 Below are clearer guidelines set out by the government and their announcement yesterday. So, @TheRangeUK, are you alerting your managers in your stores to block off the relevant departments? Staff in stores are having people taking 4+ cans of paint and brushes (1/?)

@Foxylad01778456 The Range have chosen not to sign up to the government scheme of paying 80% of wages. They haven’t furloughed Head Office, they’ve chosen to work from home just like all of our regional managers. The store staff are on their own without PPE whilst the aforementioned are home.

They’re typically £4-£5 everywhere else. Why are @TheRangeUK charging an extra £10 for something that others are selling for a fraction of their price? @leanahosea

A list of emails for subscribers of @TheRangeUK from the past week. Nothing about essentials like medicine & food that they’re staying open for but a spa? Sure! People are dying, their workers are begging for help but buy a £700 spa! Liars and gluttonous pigs. #boycotttherange
