Back on X, building Kiboh. Kiboh is built on one core belief: The manager-report relationship is the most slept-on lever in any company. But come review time? Data's scattered across Slack threads, emails, docs, random notes, even paper scribbles sometimes. Most of the real stuff gets forgotten. Managers guess. Recency bias takes over. So we built the opposite: continuous tracking of relationships and commitments, AI spotting signals along the way, and reviews actually grounded in real evidence instead of vibes or whatever's freshest in memory. The cool part, though? Once you start mapping how relationships and knowledge actually flow in an org, you spot the hidden stuff most companies only catch too late: - Who the true knowledge hubs are - Where the quiet bottlenecks hide - Who's a walking bus factor - Who's quietly nearing retirement Building in public from here. More soon 🚀

Not every build in public update is a flashy new feature. This week I shipped role-based access control, SSO, and SAML 2.0 support for Kiboh. No one is going to repost that. It won't trend. There's no demo video that makes it look exciting. But if you're building B2B software and you want enterprise customers to take you seriously, this is the work. Access control. Identity management. The stuff that shows up on security questionnaires, not product hunt pages. I used to think building in public meant sharing the highlights. Now I think it means showing what the work actually looks like. And a lot of it looks like this. Small team. Unsexy wins. Forward. Follow me for more updates.

@Shpigford Google makes sense since so many people use it It’s cursor, so GitHub also makes sense Apple is probably just more of Apple forcing their rules to be on the App Store like they do on phones Email is the default for those of us that don’t want to use social for logins.

screens like this are the perfect way to make me go away. 4 different login paths & i can't recall which one i used & for whatever reason it didn't save last in 1Password. i'll just bounce and go post about it on X before i go & try all 4. though...feature not a bug? 🤷‍♂️

Every 1:1 tool I’ve used treats each meeting as an isolated event. Copy the leftover topics to the top of a shared doc, jot some notes, forget until next week. Repeat for a year and call it management. At Kiboh, we built something different. kiboh.io/en/blog/reimag…

@ProductHunt abs still recommend launching there, but you gotta put some effort into it these days. seems more difficult to get featured, but that could be a good thing if you do.

@naval @hnshah It’s like I’m running half a dozen podcasts and spinning off smaller podcasts to roll back up into the larger ones.

@garrytan Are you adding in any additional QA beyond the gstack, such as Code Rabbit or similar?

The really big unlock the last week has been /qa and /browse using the CLI in gstack - it means I can get out of blackbox testing for most things entirely. Here's the loop that right now I am running on 15 windows. I think I have clear line of sight to keeping 20 going at once

I'm going to rile up the trolls with this right now but I am working on 3 different big projects simultaneously across 15 @conductor_build sessions all the time. In the last 7 days I'm averaging 17k lines of code per day, 35% tests, all thanks to gstack. (All mornings/nights/weekends on top of my real job at YC) I ran /retro (from gstack) on all three projects and this is what came back:

@Shpigford Run it through ffmpeg to get just the audio. Then you have a lot more options. I personally use HiDock for a physical recorder and their HiNotes platform for transcribing and summarizing the audio.
