It was the launch of our Christmas Tree Festival at St Michael’s this evening! @HenryKing17 kindly sponsored the event. ⁦@Tom4EWAS⁩ came and voted for his favourite tree. We had carols sung and refreshments to enjoy. It was lots of festive fun! ⁦@ChichesterDio⁩

In my sponsored diet I started at 14 stone 2 pounds. I am now 12 stone 6 pounds, just 4 pounds off target of 12 stone 2 pounds by 17 Nov. By then I should be well under 12 stone.
