For 10 years, @zarephathcc has hosted CultureFest. Yesterday was another incredible reminder of what it’s all about. 🌍✨ • 26 countries represented • Countless amazing dishes shared • Unique cultural performances enjoyed • And above all, God glorified among the nations “You have ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.” Revelation 5:9 Grateful to celebrate the beauty of every culture coming together as one. ❤️

Our Sunday morning all team huddles at @ZarephathCC are designed to unite and excite. We launched these at the beginning of the year with staff leading them. Now that volunteers have begun taking over it has stepped up the energy and engagement. People want to feel released to lead. And they want to be lead by released leaders.

Catching the cherry blossoms in Branch Brook Park every April is always on our spring to-do list.

Our spiritual pathway at @zarephathcc involves 6Gs. Grace, Growth, Groups, Gifts, Generosity and Go. The go focuses on sharing your faith. One small way we do that is letting people know what church we attend. Stop by the Info Hub on a Sunday morning and grab a car magnet so people learn more about your church during our bumper to bumper commuter traffic here in Jersey. Disclaimer...if you drive like a maniac it's probably best you don't grab a magnet 😂.

We try to set aside time each Friday to invest in each other and our marriage. It can be with a meal, during a long walk or over a coffee break. I love our time together on Fridays.

Recently celebrated my 21 wedding anniversary with this wonderful woman. Looking forward to the next 21 years and beyond!

I love coaching people to improve. Be it on the court with a team. In the conference room with a staff. Or from the stage with a congregation. But there is one area of coaching that can be a struggle. And that is in my head with myself. Pastors - This can be the hardest Sunday of the year. The one after Easter. Sometimes the high is followed by a low. So may you find your source of hope and joy in the fullness of the Lord and not fullness of the room. And may that pour out of you today.
