Spotted a Barclays van in the high street on my lunchtime run. The branch closed a couple of years ago. I'm all for alternative formats but note that you need to book online which seems to defeat the purpose? Would love to know its most common use case.

@dgwbirch @sytaylor Doesn't it come down to use cases? Most existing payments are wallet topups or funds transfers. Once merchants start pushing it as alternative at POS it will gain traction, in same vein as contactless & Apple Pay. But there needs to be a trigger; X% discount, 2x loyalty points?
