@AvantiWestCoast Thanks Miles, I couldn't wait any longer so got the 747. Do you know why the hasn't been any announcements? There was just a load of us waiting at the platform not knowing what's going on
@benxg You can indeed Ben. We are waiting for a team member to run this train safely. We're hoping you shouldn't be waiting much longer and you'll be on the move! Really sorry for the extended wait - Miles
DISRUPTION: Due to a broken down train between Coleshill Parkway and Nuneaton the line towards Leicester is blocked.
Services operating between Birmingham and Leicester/Cambridge/Stansted may be delayed or cancelled.
Updates:- journeycheck.com/crosscountry/.
@CrossCountryUK@kapfranos There are coaches at new st and crowds of people waiting but no info, bus drivers don't know where they're going. Is there a bus from Bham to notts?
@kapfranos We're requesting them. The buses from Leicester were recruited due to the previous issue and have all ran full. We don't have an update on more appearing at New Street currently. ^Peter
@virginmedia no broadband or TV in b17. VM app says to book a technician visit, but same thing happened recently and it was a VM network problem. Are there wider issues this time too?
@PhilipsCare Hi, am filling out repair and replace form, it's rejecting the serial number, but there is no other number on the device, can you help? thanks
@benxg Sincere apologies for the service issues faced Ben, if there is an area fault then all single visit appointments would be cancelled I'm afraid, has there been an estimated fix time advised for this virg.in/servicechecker? ^KW
@benxg There are a few options but one of the easiest ways to access from the ring road is to be dropped at at the end of Gosford Street where it joins Far Gosford St, which is a few mins walk from the start. Hope that helps and see you there!

Cryptic crossworders. I am very bad at these but attempt them anyway and I like it when I’m rewarded by answers like 25 across in today’s Guardian prize job. Properly made me laugh:
