@UNOFFICIALFACT How do we defend our votes from armed thugs??? I keep asking this question
English

THE MAN PETER OBI.
Whenever Peter Obi is in the media, before the press, or on social media, he talks mainly about current national issues bedevilling the nation, and how to rescue Nigeria. But whenever members of the ruling APC or other opposition parties are in the media, they often talk more about Peter Obi, without recourse to current issues affecting Nigeria as a nation.
So again i ask, Who is really incharge of this nation? Why on earth will the APC government in power and all strong opposition parties in Nigeria take on one man as their common threat and common enemy. A man who is also in the opposition. A man whom they claimed came 3rd in the 2023 presidential election. Why the coordinated attacks against him?
There must be something special about Peter Obi that they are seeing, that is scaring the shit out of their lives. Something unique that will reset Nigeria and return it back to her past glory, which they don't want to happen because it will be a goodbye to their wealth without enterprise. Unnecessary wastages, lootings, stealing, and their century old structures of criminality.
Fellow Nigerians, whenever a group or groups of persons start attacking one man without showing any evidence of his wrong doing, know that it is because of envy, hatred, fear of his personality, capability, and integrity.
Such a man is the man for the job. Bad people are always scared of things they stand to lose if good people come to power. So they can do anything including blackmail to scuttle that.
Vote Peter Gregory Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso (OK) for the 2027 presidential election. Vote for NDC.
If you vote and defend your votes, we shall kick Tinubu and his evil APC out of power in 2027. We shall stop other crimal elements from smelling, testing or coming close to power.
A new Nigeria is possible. NDC ✌️

@PO_GrassRootM The big question is how do we protect our vote from opponent political thugs with weapons we need to think of this ahead of time.
English

Dear NDC, on election day stay alert INEC may delay the arrival of election materials, especially in your strongholds. Be present early, protect your votes, and stay vigilant and organized.
This information is to prepare ahead of time. In 2023, we warned the then LP, yet INEC still carried out its irregularities on election day.
Don’t be caught unprepared by INEC. We have enough time now to prepare and stay ahead.
We will continue to speak out and raise awareness on concerns about INEC’s conduct up to Election Day.
Stay alert and informed.

So yesterday, I posted that Elrufi and Justice Crack were granted bail for the sum of 100 million and 5 million naira respectively, and most of you asked what bail money is usually meant for. Others also asked where the money goes to. So let me briefly explain how it works.
First, you need to understand that bail in Nigeria is a constitutionally guaranteed right that secures a suspect’s temporary release from custody pending further investigation or trial. The reason for granting bail to a suspect or a defendant standing trial is premised on the fact that the defendant may be innocent after all.
Under Section 36(5) of the Nigerian Constitution, an accused person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. So, bail is simply a measure that prevents a suspect from suffering unwarranted punishment, humiliation, and reputational damage for a crime they may not have committed.
Now, this is where many people get it wrong.
By law, bail is fundamentally free, and no court is expected to demand money before granting bail to a person standing trial. However, what the law provides for are cash security deposits and formal bail bonds by sureties to ensure attendance during trial.
What this simply means is that the law understands human nature. If a person is granted freedom without depositing something of value before the court, such a person might wake up one day and abscond because they have nothing to lose.
So what the court does is this: it may ask a person standing surety for the defendant to execute a bond, agreeing that if the person standing trial absconds, the surety will pay a certain amount already fixed by the court as punishment.
In some situations, the court may also order a cash deposit. That money serves as a form of security to guarantee that the defendant will continue appearing in court for trial.
So whenever you hear that a court or judge mandated a cash bond of a specific amount as part of bail conditions, the money is usually deposited into the designated account of the court’s registry for safekeeping. It acts as a financial guarantee for future appearances in court.
If, at the end of the day, the defendant attends all court proceedings diligently and the case is concluded, the money paid is refunded to the surety. That is the procedure.
End.

I went to this hospital at Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja Lagos
I wanted to see the gynecologist.
I paid for registration, 23,766
Paid for consultation, 119,000
Paid for tests close to 350k (it was about three hundred and forty something)
Minus my T.fare o
Now after close to a month, my results are ready. Oya o, tell me what the tests says. NO, I HAVE TO PAY 64,000 FIRST before the gynecologist can interpret what my tests says.
I almost lost it with them! They said it's the policy.
And frankly i don't have 64k to pay for tests interpretation. I told them to send the results to my mail.
I'm so heartbroken and disappointed.
