I walked past an ambulance attending someone at their home today and a guy that lives there was swearing at the staff and it was honestly infuriating to see people treating NHS staff like that 😥

I thought majority of people wanted a lockdown though so why complain when it is announced...

@laplanduk I have been trying to change a booking for a while that was scheduled during the 2nd lockdown. I need to speak to someone URGENTLY to rectify this matter. The booking includes a free carer and is causing anxiety to the child with disabilities. PLEASE RESPOND BY RETURN.

Lapland UK are asking people to book yet they can’t even respond to people who already have a booking that was during lockdown 🙄
