@HM_Passport So, on to the recommendations... 1) Avoid discouraging people applying for fast track - <3 week suggestion implies passports will be complete in 3 weeks. This is misleading and contradictory to other comms you share. This leads to complaints and impacts on applicant wellbeing.

@HM_Passport You'll be aware already that the quality of your service does have a direct impact on voting behaviour. This, in turn does have an impact on your own working conditions - including rates of pay. It also has a direct impact on public confidence in the home office!
