@KentWomble @bertdale A time line would be good start. After Mike Kelly left, I remember Frank Smith was signed from QPR, he seemed to have huge hands. The reserve keeper from memory was Eddie McAlpine. Sure there must have been some others before the arrival of El Presidente.

Would love to write a Wimbledon version. Our 1889 details are patchy but courtesy of Dons historian @bertdale the earliest known keepers are brothers Louis and Frank Bond who shared the gloves in 1890/91. Joe Griffiths and Fred Price later followed them.
