One-pan Acapulco Style Steak Quesadillas with pico de gallo meal kit from @realhomechef They gave me a smaller tomato and a giant red onion and I didn’t account for that when making the pico until it was too far, other than that it was delicious

Rendition of ‘Finger lickin’ Pan Fried Chicken’ from Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat flavor= 😋had to finish in the oven as I didn’t pound them thin enough to cook completely in the pan. Paired with some spaghetti and jarred sauce cause we are realistic. Plate presentation =😕

Burger and sweet potatoes First time I’ve ever cooked sweet potatoes and they turned out. Definitely will have them more often. Roasted at 425° for ~20 minutes. Olive oil and potato slayer seasoning Nothing special about the burger other than cooking it in ‘bacon up’
