If she is sedentary, then 1600-1800. A very active woman who goes to the gym needs 2100+ I think YOU overestimate how much you lose weight from exercise. Hint: not a lot

@besenhalter @sorrowfields @emporer_wigger @OMGKawaiiBird Not even. A sedentary woman needs 1800, while a moderately active woman needs 2000. If you work a job that requires you to stand or move a lot, then you count as moderately active. Only office workers have to worry about the former.
