@NSwerve184446p That is probably the best way to look at it. It’s hard juggling everything. I asked my mum what she did when we were younger and she said her mum and dad didn’t work so could look after us - but the world is so different now 🥲

@beth_tonnerxo I’m trying to keep an open mind on the RTO and to make the best of it. My kids are all older though, and know it would be tougher to go back if I had littles. At least you have some time to prepare 😊 Enjoy the summer and the littles and take time to prepare for RTO. ☺️

Don’t go back to work till October and I’m already getting anxious about returning. I have done my job successfully from home since 2020 - going into the office once in a blue moon - now we’ve been told to go in 3 days a week again like I did when I started in 2014 😖

@NSwerve184446p I’m hoping I’ll be okay for the rest of this year as when I return to work I’ll only have 10 weeks to work, so I’m going to request a phased return. I have 3 young children and being at home helps so much with the work/life balance. I can do the school/nursery run without added..

I really don’t get understand what benefit I WILL get from doing this. The only benefit is a number on the screen for the company because I will not be fulfilling the 60% hybrid working rate. I can already see a decline in my mental health due to being anxious.

The problem I have here isn’t commuting to the office. It’s the fact that when I get to said office, I will be working alone like I do at home. My “team” are based in India and Poland so I don’t get to experience the social aspect of being in the office anyways.
