Just a quick message to any of your mates that are feeling depressed... Don’t fucking ply them with alcohol, don't give them a line, you might think you're helping but you really aren't. Because when the parties over, they then have to sit alone in their own thoughts and feelings.. don't be that friend. Put your kettle on, sober them up, listen to them, ring the fucking crisis team if you have to, stay up all night whilst they sleep. Far too many people trying to be the right friends are getting it all so wrong! My doors always open, my kettles always on. I'll always have an ear to bend. Believe me you're never alone.
