We need to remember that part of where we have gotten in this world is as arbitrary as who our parents were, the color of our skin, and the nation we were born into. We have such privilege and we need to enable others with its benefits; start by being an advocate for them.

If this country was truly “pro-life,” we would have Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, gun control, universal child care, and a living wage. The right-wing agenda isn’t about “life.” It’s about control.

This ain’t your father’s Republican Party. They want to cut taxes for billionaires. They want to impose a 30% national sales tax. And they want to cut Social Security and Medicare.
