⭐️Handover QI project⭐️ Great morning today with a number of our inpatient wards launching the pilot of our new handover template and talking allocation sheets and nurse in charge role. Engaged and enthusiastic to get started.

✨Multi-Mind MDE✨ looking at our experiences we may notice multiple thoughts, urges & emotions. When a state of mind shows up it influences what we pay attention too, what memories become active, how we feel & what we do. Discussion was had around how we can soothe our minds 🌻

Keats cook-up! 🍗 This afternoon we decided to hold a BBQ in the sun for staff, patients and some relatives! Thankyou for facilitating @alicebradfield_ Proud of the culture we have created on Keats 🌻

✨MDE group✨ Breathing and relaxation techniques. Discussion was had around how we can take control of the breath when feeling anxious, being mindful of the bodies sensations & focusing on the present rather than past/future. The meditation podcast was well received by all 🦋
