And another thing 😬 please don’t diagnose ‘vasovagal’ in 92 yo w transient loss of consciousness on antihypertensives and some ISMO. Vasovagal is a fancy word for fainting (a better term, understood by all, uncommon in v old). Postural hypotension is v common, often iatrogenic.
