You work remotely. Even if you do three jobs. You can still spend 2 hours on each job and still deliver with the support of AI. Many people are unemployable and it has nothing to do with “no job”. You don’t just have work ethics.

“Yours sincerely” and “Yours faithfully” are NOT interchangeable. Use “Yours sincerely” only when you know the recipient’s name. Use “Yours faithfully” when you don’t. I’ve built my organization by hiring entry-level remote workers with little to no experience and paying them fairly. 
I also offer free training, mentorship and coaching. Yesterday, a seasoned founder told me that running a company based on sentiment will run it to the ground. And he has years of experience running a very successful startup, so I fear he may be right. 
And now I’m questioning myself. What would you do if you were in my shoes? Do you think there’s a way to balance empathy and growth without losing either? I need all the help I can get on this issue, please.
