@biztechbro @TosinOlugbenga If you cannot sustain a job, you will definitely be unemployeable

@TosinOlugbenga Is it work ethics that gets people the job or that helps people sustain the job?
This is so inaccurate

I came online this morning and I didn't know where to begin as my notification was a mess
I asked for just 179 verified users to complete 500 and it is almost 1k verified users.
It didn't stop there as I am almost at 4k followers with no time to celebrate 3k.
Wow, i am so grateful and will follow back y'all.

“Yours sincerely” and “Yours faithfully” are NOT interchangeable.
Use “Yours sincerely” only when you know the recipient’s name.
Use “Yours faithfully” when you don’t.
Examples:
• Dear Miss Amadi → Yours sincerely
• Dear Mr John → Yours sincerely
• Dear Hiring Manager → Yours faithfully
• Dear Sir/Madam → Yours faithfully
These details may seem minor and often overlooked, but wisdom has always been profitable to direct. Besides, you never really know whose inbox your application will land in.
Do you know any other unpopular application or writing facts?

@Chioma__Amadi You can only strike a balance between empathy and growth when there are clear rules and basic structure. Most importantly, look out for if your staffs are catching up or dragging your brand backwards

I’ve built my organization by hiring entry-level remote workers with little to no experience and paying them fairly.
I also offer free training, mentorship and coaching.
Yesterday, a seasoned founder told me that running a company based on sentiment will run it to the ground.
And he has years of experience running a very successful startup, so I fear he may be right.
And now I’m questioning myself.
What would you do if you were in my shoes?
Do you think there’s a way to balance empathy and growth without losing either?
I need all the help I can get on this issue, please.
