@katy_boulton @bev_brannon @MilfNotts @HM_Passport What email did you use as I sent email to upgrade teams 2 days ago was told I'd get call back in 48 hours and I've had nothing we fly out on 4th of May had my daughters passport now for 4 weeks but not my sons renewal still says at processing

@MattyTBagTurner @katy_boulton @MilfNotts @HM_Passport It depends which office is dealing with your application, mine was at Durham so was durhamupgradeteam@hmpo.gov.uk so if it's Liverpool put Liverpool instead of Durham etc

@MilfNotts @HM_Passport I first emailed on 11th and got upgraded yesterday, took extra fee around 12noon, printed & posted around 2pm, delivered first thing this morning, dont give up keep trying, seems things are moving quicker for new applicants, some 3-4 weeks now while so many are stuck in limbo

@HM_Passport Has anyone emailed the upgrade team and actually got passport quicker? Meant to be flying in 10 days and still don’t have passport back!

@MilfNotts @HM_Passport Many upgraded, many lost their holiday, keep emailing (2 weeks before flight only) and keep ring 03001231973 at 8am you should get through in about an hour, ask which office is dealing with yours, get the email address an info to send, be prepared to pay if it's not been 10 weeks
