unfortunately very discouraged by even two chuds thinking my hard work is AI. I can't help but feel insecure about the quality of my art now so I'm gonna take a break from posting for a bit

I can't resist sharing my progress. I'm making acrylic charms! Im working on others ofc, just waiting on samples to arrive in the meantime, so keep your eye out for when I list these for sale :D

@holeintheattic @cabeeese I haven't used twitter in years, that's why I don't have "years of consistent artwork". I only started using it again this year. I've been on bluesky. I can bring in multiple people who have sat on stream with me and watched me draw if you want

@holeintheattic @cabeeese yeah I tend to have 2 sketches underneath this. I build my process and then have a more presentable sketch to show others. you clearly don't understand how drawing works...

just in case it needs to be said: I despise AI. I will never use AI. I like trying different styles and I'm consistently doing studies to improve. I own books, I watch tutorials, I am always working on something new so yes, my art will not always look the same.

@bevekem I work professionally in art and have seen what ai is capable of. It was my mistake that yes, i could have dmed, and i am sorry that i did not. I absolutely am not entitled to it, but I did ask, and i am thankful that you shared.

@cabeeese 1: this could've been a DM 2: you're not entitled to see my process, I share what I choose to share because I draw for fun 3: AI could not replicate the minor details of the characters, it would be inaccurate, vague, and inconsistent. you can Google how to effectively spot ai.

@bevekem I totally understand that artists style can vary, and i wasnt intending to be rude. I've recently seen a lot of chibis done in a very similar style by AI and being sold so I asked to see your process, I did not mean to come off as rude and I apologize.

@cabeeese maybe in the future you should have some semblance of proof before you accuse people of using AI. that's genuinely just rude as fuck
