cowboy carter stage design was incredible visually but the ball was def dropped a bit when considering fan experience for the pits aka thee most expensive tickets (as we know my grievances about that) so renaissance was superior in that sense but dw lesson learned for me loll

@CortezJames11 yes I did both pits and alternated between standing by runway where the stage is lower along w/ the more interactive spots by main stage. the main stage was too high even at barricade in comparison to her previous stages which is fine but would’ve been ideal to know before buying

@beytrash As someone who saw both in each pit and went to see CC 8 times and Renny 4. I came back because of the experience. Did you sit in every pit seating you could for both shows?

@AndySotnas im glad you had positive experiences outside of the pit at least!! she gives an amazing show regardless so it’s never a waste as you said, but its still valid to be disappointed (I bought pit 3x). I always feel more for international fans with the inconveniences of cost/travel :(

@youknowigotyou_ that’s completely valid. I voiced my own frustrations (respectfully) about it being insane for us to have spent thousands for mediocre views at barricade + was called ungrateful lmao. like no, historically these tickets have been worth the price but now they aren’t I fear :’)

@beytrash I’m still disappointed with the PIT experience at the CCT in Paris. It was a real downgrade from Renaissance and completely ruined my show.

@Jxyl3Nn 1000% + you’re correct I did see the complaints about the risers (if I remember correctly, those were the most expensive tickets for rwt right?) unfortunately it’s kinda a reoccurring issue where price isn’t matching experience which im not faulting only her for, its just reality

@beytrash Yea the stage being too high caused the problem. The pits also reduced attendance bc they removed the seating behind it. RWT stairs caused problems tho as they blocked views and she didn’t interact much with the vip risers

of course I think it’s fab her stage designs continue advancing + they absolutely should however larger / more complex stages = less of an experience for people buying $$ barricade tickets because views are largely obstructed which is counterproductive to the price unfortunately
