This is quite illustrative of the general sentiment I'm getting from customers. Karma took probably the most bullish stance a year ago and it takes courage to be able to step back and ponder. For many tasks, AI is a formidable augmentation tool to humans, not a replacement.

The US Democratic Party as a whole has a massive incentive to bring in and legalize illegal immigrants, as they vote overwhelmingly Democrat.
No grand conspiracy theory is needed. The simple incentive of winning elections explains why they won’t even deport criminals who assault police officers on camera, because that would mean losing those votes.

Did Klarna really fully replace 700 customer support agents overnight?
I did what few retweeting this do: tried Klarna’s AI assistant.
It’s… underwhelming. It recites exact docs and passes me on to human support fast.

Wow Klarna's AI customer support agent is able to handle 2/3rd of the requests by itself in its first month and is doing the job of an equivalent of 700 agents.
