A few shareholders have asked about my employment agreement, so I’ll address it once. The agreement was put in place to establish alignment, create real skin in the game, and give $BFCH a framework to recruit serious operators, executives, and strategic partners as we build. My compensation is overwhelmingly equity-based. If shareholders don’t win, I don’t win. That alignment matters. Just as important, I’m not married to what was originally written. As new executives, investors, and partners come in, compensation structures and economics can evolve. I’m willing to adjust terms and do what makes sense if it strengthens the business and better aligns long-term interests. The objective is building something real with fair alignment for the people who create value. I’m not under pressure to force decisions, chase easy capital, or pursue short-term optics. My focus is on disciplined execution, thoughtful capital formation, and building a company that can endure. That’s how serious businesses are built.

Neutonic just closed a $6M funding round at a $60M valuation. Founded in 2023 by Chris Williamson, James Smith, Luke Betts, and Shan Hanif, Neutonic has already sold more than 7.5 million cans and is on track to exceed $25M in revenue this year. Neutonic is launching at 500 Sainsbury's doors in the UK this month and is gearing up to significantly expand its retail presence across the U.S. Participants in the round include Alan Barratt, Ollie Marchon, Ross Edgley, Dan Martell, Codie Sanchez, Nomit Shah, Zach Ranen, and several others.
