@beaniebabieboy We are planning to locate and resolve the bug, which was introduced when we released the birthday update, but as of now we don't have a timeline for the fix. We're trying to get it done ASAP. We appreciate your patience!

@Dah_Bat_Len Hey Len -- were still trying to isolate the bug. It's only affecting a few players, we're trying to resolve it so it doesn't cause any other issues for the game. We're hopeful to have things resolved in a month or so. We're really sorry to hold up your dating and pup playing!

@needyoucap @AuroraBoreowlis @Dah_Bat_Len Do the buttons on the joycons work (ie can you press the home button to return to the home screen)? Did you change anything in settings recently? Apologies again for this!

@AuroraBoreowlis @bffgame @Dah_Bat_Len I'm also having this issue. My switch and the game are both up to date. I even tried updating the joycons but no luck

@Dah_Bat_Len I'm so sorry! We'll dig into this as soon as we can.

@bffgame Yes, I tried it twice. Once I closed it and played another game for a bit to test joycons (they worked there) and went back to BFF where they didn’t work still. Then closed out and waited a while and still not joycon usage available.

@Dah_Bat_Len I'm sure you did, but still have to ask: did you try restarting your Switch and closing the software (ie game)?

@bffgame I have the original switch and the second I would have been able to navigate the main menu, I was unable to use anything but the buttons and the touch screen. I tried going into settings and was able to hit b to back out to main, but that’s about it.

@Dah_Bat_Len Hi -- we'll look into this. We definitely want your joycons to work! Do you have the standard Switch, lite, or OLED? Was this issue present from the main menu?

@bffgame I’m super excited about this update but not so much by the fact that my joycons don’t seem to work with the game anymore. Idk if that’s something y’all changed but I don’t like using the touch screen on my switch and want to know if I can fix this haha.
