Which internship are you speaking of? I had 2 internships in college. One at Newsweek Magazine and the other at Saturday Night Live. Both lasted a little over a year and a half in the normal assigned time. My boss at Newsweek was Jon Meacham who I’ve kept a relationship with and later had me to speak with him at Vanderbilt University as well as has had me as a guest on his podcast well after my internship. Lorne Michaels was a wonderful boss and remained supportive of me and my family for decades after. I was also tracked heavily by Gawker during those internships given my nepo baby status and had I been fired - I assure you it would have hit the internet. If you’re going to lie, lie about me well please. I’m many things but a bad intern was not one of them. I am also 41 years old, we could turn the page, no?
