The Hustler Fund's risk profiling & credit scoring model has been built & is operated by @KCBInKenya & when I sat down with the CFO, @kiambi_k , I asked him what having access to this data war chest means for the group's lending capabilities. He tells me that the 30.0% y/y increased in mobile lending to Kes 544.0 billion (that's equivalent to lending Kes 1.5 billion daily) in FY2025 is principally enabled by visibility to Kenyans' borrowing habits courtesy of this data.
