But because perhaps they have logical reasons to be 'Islamophobic' Followers of Islam have blown up the tube, slaughtered concert goers, stabbed their little children, groomed and raped their girls and persecute and massacre non-believers in Islamic states abroad. It is surely not irrational to be terrified of a religion whose Holy Book talks of destroying all over faiths and creating a global caliphate. Whose adherents do not accord rights to women. Yet Europeans are being gaslit that their fears are instead ignorance and hatred. Culturally, Islam is at odds with Western European morals and mores. It is inbuilt in humanity to protect the tribe, and fear strangers. All of the above does not constitute hate speech. It is simply a list of facts.
