@neko_maocat Thanks a lot Mao san! I felt the initial response from the Amiami support platform was just a standard boilerplate. I mean how could a hand get lost through layers of packaging? They were even asking for invoice when none was provided. 😠

@AmiAmi_English Pretty sure the hand was not there when Alter packed the figure at the factory. Are you going to deny my consumer rights because there is no delivery box photos? A well over £100 product with such defect is not really acceptable

@AmiAmi_English If the delivery box is so important in the support case then why don’t you add a line on the little card that comes with all deliveries which reminds people to contact you when there is issue with the product to keep the box and label?
