My technical reading of the market for the next 6 months: Nifty +30% Midcap +50% Smallcaps +80% A big sized crash will follow after that. This is what I am prepared for now.

@sharma_akanksha Not an expert .. Looks like 1.0 ka duet version.. tempo in interlude was rushed up more so because two artist were adjusting .. I would always prefer listening version 1 followed by Arijit version rather than this 3.0. I confess these two are my most favourite current singers

@sahil_vi DLF total debt (including rental assets) was US$ 4 bn in FY17 (reported together then). Devco (resi) was close to US$ 1 bn or slightly more then.That has turned zero now. Rentco debt is still 18k crore now.

It was very surprising for me to learn that dlf has now reduced debt levels from around 4B$ in 2017 to net debt free now What a turn around Concall was primarily on Andheri West project that dlf is doing to enter MMR market:400 cr for 51% stake in spv youtu.be/dZ8KgaE0jXY

This is harsh but has to be told. If there's a stray incident of bad governance in portfolio, investor is victim. If there's a pattern of bad governance in portfolio, investor is accomplice.
