@biab_14 It helped calm them. My biggest flare under my breasts (I had about 6-8 open ones on each) has healed so much. I only have 2-3 on either side now.

@TheBaddestMitch Head & Shoulders shampoo as a body wash helps with those. It helped my HS calm down tremendously.

My Capricorn sun really be fighting against my ADHD. It’s almost like I don’t have it sometimes. I’m just thinking about how unstoppable I would be if I was medicated. I’m going to get medicated this year!

Someone told me I’m the super organized side of ADHD and they are very correct. Even my chaos HAS to be organized or I’ll lose my mind. When I procrastinate, it’s only for maybe a few hours tops and then it’s like an alarm goes off in my head and I spring up from my seat.

@solarystix That’s what I was thinking too. I wish Ik how bad this was before I packed. I have 2 suitcases and one is clearly bigger than a carry on. Ima just get there at 3:30, pray, and call it a day

Spent 4 hours in TSA. Line was out the front door of the airport. It was insane. I only waited 4 hours because someone let me get in line with them. Some people literally waiting all day. I’d suggest cutting down on travel the next few months.

@solarystix That makes sense. I was on the brink of a panic attack my junior year so I get that. I had a gray hair pop up when I was really really stressed and was afraid to pluck it in fear of it multiplying 😭

@biab_14 I had the strands plucked and my hair never turned gray again. I’m not sure if they would’ve reverted back. My therapist told me that excessive stress can give you gray hair no matter the age but with younger ages you have to be seriously stressed. I was having panic attacks.

I was probably the most stressed out adolescent you could meet. I was so stressed that I had a few strands of gray hair my sophomore year of high school, but now I just be chillin.
