I liked this rejection email To all the recruiters: please give some response back to applicants on why their resume didn't get selected, or at least this much. This way, the applicant doesn't fall into self-doubt and keep optimizing their resume when that wasn't the issue.

I've learned that asking the models/agents to write and re-write the prompts to execute what I want has been really fruitful rather than just asking them to execute. 1 - I give direction. 2 - Agents deliberate on what I want and create an agreed upon prompt/execution plan. 3 - Agents execute (in chunks) the plan. 4 - I get a better end result - where I don't have to keep iterating.
