the concept of daeron being an ormundcent bastard but still being able to tame tessarion with ease which makes ormund believe his son was divinely ordained to rule westeros (kinda paralleling rhaenyra)

@alphalicent Not to mention “a son for a son” turns into “all my sons + my brother and Criston” which is even crazier when her brother has been nothing but kind to her and Daeron has never done anything wrong 😭

@alphalicent And it’s so frustrating how the show refuses to acknowledge this? I would’ve loved if their conversation was more confrontational, considering they have over 20+ yrs of animosity, and TONS of things they need to acknowledge if they actually wanna be close again

i just rewatched the s2 finale and i’m irritated all over again “still you imagine you can have all you want without paying too high a price” said to the one character who constantly sacrificed everything toiling for others. were the writers on crack??
