Yang laki BACA BENTAR AJA Ejakulasi Dini (Premature Ejaculation) ternyata dialami 30–40% cowok loh! Bukan cuma “kurang tahan” doang, tapi ada penyebabnya: Penyebab utama: • Psikologis: cemas, stres, depresi, rasa bersalah, atau masalah hubungan sama pasangan • Fisiologis: gangguan zat kimia otak (serotonin rendah), hormon tidak seimbang, radang prostat/kencing • Lainnya: disfungsi ereksi atau faktor genetik Cara mengatasinya (yang terbukti efektif): 1. Teknik Start-Stop → berhenti dulu sebelum klimaks, tunggu sebentar, lanjut lagi 2. Teknik Squeeze → tekan ringan kepala penis sebelum ejakulasi 3. Latihan Kegel (otot dasar panggul) biar lebih kuat kontrol 4. Konseling kalau ada masalah kecemasan/stres 5. Obat (SSRIs seperti paroxetine/sertraline) atau krim semprot bius lokal (harus resep dokter ya) Tips tambahan: pakai kondom tebal atau masturbasi 1–2 jam sebelumnya juga bisa membantu. It affects approximately 30% to 40% of men, with causes combining psychological and physiological factors. Treatment methods include behavioral techniques, counseling, and medication. The causes of premature ejaculation fall into the following three aspects: 1. Psychological factors: Manifesting as anxiety, depression, stress, feelings of guilt, or partner relationship issues. 2. Physiological factors: Abnormal neurotransmitter levels (such as serotonin), hormonal imbalances, prostate or urethral inflammation/infection. 3. Other factors: Erectile dysfunction (rushing to complete sexual activity due to fear of losing erection) and genetic factors in certain cases. So, what are the targeted treatment and management methods? 1. Behavioral techniques Start-stop technique: Stop stimulation just before ejaculation, wait for the sensation to subside, and then resume. Squeeze technique: Gently squeeze the head of the penis just before ejaculation. 2. Pelvic floor muscle training (Kegel exercises) Enhance control by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. 3. Counseling Address underlying anxiety, depression, or emotional stress through psychotherapy. 4. Medication Antidepressants: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as paroxetine, sertraline, or fluoxetine, commonly used to delay ejaculation.
