Rochefort 8 - A lot of breweries claim that the secret to their beer is in the water, but when it comes to Brasserie de Rochefort this might actually be true. Since 1899, Trappist monks have been using water from the calcium-rich Tridaine spring located above the Abbey.

Happening at Biercraft // A rare sighting! BierCraft managers are mostly nocturnal creatures, but on occasion they can be found congregating together in the morning, lured from their caves by the promise of food and beer. A truly exhilarating moment captured.

At Biercraft - Chimay Blue // The Trappist monks who make Chimay beers maybe some of the most business savvy monks around. They have a world-famous lineup of beers, cheeses crafted from their beers, an inn and a well-loved pub. What’s next? A perfume line?

#ThePourYouKnow // The IPA Glass was developed in 2013. The ridges on the bottom of the glass aerate the beer, releasing aromatics with every sip. The tapered bowl of the glass concentrates those hop aromas, making for one satisfying sip.

At BierCraft - Bellerose // This French blonde is brewed in slaughterhouse turned brewery, which was bought in 1997 by a bunch of famous French guys like Gérard Depardieu. In 2005 it became the Brasserie des Sources and now claims to be the most medalled brewery in France.

#ThePourYou Know - The Goblet or Chalice // No other glass will make a person feel as stately and regal as the chalice. This is the glass of kings and is known for it’s thicker bowl walls and wide mouth perfect for Belgian IPAs and Belgian strong dark ales.
