Trauma arrest ≠ medical arrest. Chest compressions won't fix hemorrhage, tension PTx, or tamponade. Fix those FIRST, then *maybe* compressions. ACLS meds probably unhelpful too, but DO consider vasopressin +/- calcium. @ResusOne #FAST24 @FlightBridgeED
