25 years of teaching have brought amazing relationships. The Demary family has been 1 of the most supportive I’ve known. Silas, Shante, Samara & Sierra are all passionate and completely devoted to those they love. I’m so proud of SJ’s drive! May he shine in the final dance! 🧡🏀

Hive Hustle Fun Run 26’ was one for the books! 🐝Our campus was buzzing with energy, laughter, and heart as students ran, cheered, & celebrated together. Every step supported our school & we are so grateful for our amazing families & community. We ❤️ our PTA & @MECME_School ! 🍯

Our career fair was more than an event—it was a window into possibility. Moments like this remind me why exposure matters! When students can see it, they can start to believe it’s within reach. Grateful to everyone who shared their time, stories & paths with our BEES🐝👨🏽‍⚕️✈️🚒⚖️🧬

I wasn’t always sure I was capable or confident but I had people who believed in me & that changed everything. As a 4th grade teacher, I want my students to feel that same belief. Math is our shared journey — one of courage, growth, & building a brighter future together! 🌱✨

To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month we welcomed Mrs. Estok to our class. She taught us all about her home country of Cuba & about her experiences as an immigrant. We also learned how to play Cuban Dominoes & even won our first match. The kids really had so much fun! 🇨🇺

In a moment like this, when tensions are high, part of the job of the president is to remind us of the ties that bind us together.

Walking into class and seeing that awesome scarf your student crocheted for the pencil pal is the ultimate Monday motivation! I totally thought she was kidding with me when she said she was working on it at dismissl on Friday! Bring it on, Monday! 😝 ✏️ 💛

Opposites attract! 🧲↔️🧲 First week in 4th grade has been fantastic! Today my scientists participated in a magnetic scavenger hunt to find materials that might be attracted to magnets. Someone said it was like having a magic wand in your hand. 🎩⚡️✨⚡️
