@caroltreardon People have been stripped of the opportunity to raise family’s live in adequate housing and afford healthy food. Ottawa has been poaching from us for ever. Older Canadians will hate this because Canada was good to them. Younger, not so much

“British Columbia *and* the West.” Isn’t this straight out of the Alberta Prosperity Project separatist handbook? Do British Columbians really want to leave Canada? #BCPoli #BCSeparatism

Thrilled to see Western Standard - @WSOnlineNews feature our Western Alliance vision. @McFaul Since when is it supposed to be our burden. You boomers are obsessed with pissing away the future of our youth.

Just shameful that the US is not sharing the burden in the greatest fight for freedom of our lifetimes. Canada is now a more consequential leader of the free world than the US. Hope this changes in the future.

Today, we announced $270 million of new military support to Ukraine. Ukraine’s fight is our fight. Their cause — freedom, democracy, sovereignty — is our cause. Good to see President @ZelenskyyUa today in Yerevan. 🇨🇦🇺🇦

@ItsDeanBlundell Can you make sense of how Canada has preformed over the last 12 years? Or was that the concervatives too?

When you realize that the Conservative Party of Canada is nothing but a lobby group for the worst interests, families and brands in Canada, suckling at the MAGA teet, everything else makes sense.

A house in Edmonton had 19 offers tonight and sold six figures over asking. Something not seen in Vancouver for years!

@Tablesalt13 It’s crazy, it’s almost like we could have learned lessons from real data from countries like Sweden.

@thescottbarber It summarizes what happened under the boomer generation. Stripped Canada of everything and this is what they left behind.

@vancolour What would a political party do with this current situation. Conservatives are pro free market, so getting involved would be an odd choice. If the had been in power I would say the general climate would be more favourable for a team to stay in Vancouver. I wouldn’t invest here

Wild how none of the BC Conservative candidates have spoken up about the Vancouver Whitecaps. It’s a gift-wrapped attack on David Eby. And every campaign has blown it, which really says something about how they have (or, rather, don’t have) their finger on the public pulse.

@Tori_TLCR I am against the sale of all of our assets to foreigners. You can’t just tax the people to generate all your revenue. You need to be able to tax private companies. Do you have any idea the amount of tax revue is generated from a refinery for example. The concept is pretty simple

@Tori_TLCR News flash, our country is broke. Maybe if you people were pro business we would have money to take care of people. Unfortunately you all live in a fantasy world

@NotMeUsOnline1 @SamHersh01 You seriously think government employees are more productive than those in the private sector. By the way I go to the office every opportunity I can so I can be a more effective employee..

@bigbadcad @SamHersh01 Alternatively, you could just do your assigned work. Doing the bare minimum, just because you can, is a character flaw. It is just as common in the private sector. Being in the office encourages looking like you're busy.

@lesliechurch How can you claim the deficit is coming down? You came in under the estimated deficit? A number that you came up with? Lol. Our media fact checks Trump on every word he says but never does our own government. Carney said Canada had never been so affordable and crickets…

The deficit is coming down 📉 Home prices and rents are coming down 📉 The GDP is going up 📈 Non-U.S. exports are going up 📈 Why? Because our plan is starting to pay off. We are empowering workers, we are investing in Canada and we are Building 🇨🇦 Strong.

@NotMeUsOnline1 @SamHersh01 People who work for government unfortunately are hardly ever fired for under preforming. So the can get by doing the bare minimum. Where I will probably be fired if I work from home more often.

@NotMeUsOnline1 @SamHersh01 My productivity is significantly higher when I’m in the office. I work hybrid and the home days are a joke lol. I know not everyone is like me but many people are.

@omgsidewalks If there weren’t huge payouts to be had why would anyone take the risks of being an entrepreneur. Most people fail at it.

Actually, you don’t earn a billion dollars. You steal it. Nobody works a billion times harder than a Doctor, a nurse, a teacher, or a farmer. That money comes from underpaying the people who actually did the work. Stop worshipping hoarders who are just really good at wage theft.
