December 5 1994, 30 years ago today Ukraine disarmed itself voluntarily of nuclear warheads and intercontinental ballistic missiles in exchange for security assurances from the United States, Britain, and Russia. Nearly 3 years into Russias full scale invasion and 10 years since Russia initially invaded East Ukraine and annexed Crimea in 2014, where are we at with this security part of the deal?
