4 months in to my #50at60 challenge to support young people through education charities that I love - @bigchange_, @mission44, @Stemettes and @benedetti_fdtn - by trying to keep fit as I hit 60. I am so grateful for the support so far. This weekend was the wonderful but challenging @EtapeLochNess - the first half through Scottish headwinds and rain, then a huge climb through stunning scenery and back to Inverness after 105km. A wave of emotion hit me at the top as I heard the lone piper - partly the achievement but also contemplating the bigger challenge: I believe in young people and want to give them every kickstart into adult life that I can. 🐛 In 2010, our founders ran the #LondonMarathon as a giant human caterpillar! They were among 34 friends tied together, planting the seed for Big Change. 15 years on, that caterpillar has transformed into a movement to create a future where all young people can thrive.
