In my thoughts and Respecting yours because we are allowed to think different and respect e/o. thoughts. Hispanics have done great perfomances at half times.. Its not about hispanic representation, its about putting value on non talented individuals that brain wash young generations to the point of no return. Some artists of many other gendres too, have trashed young minds so much that they are a huge fault of the generation of negativity through the world. Having such a massive influence over young audiences, fragile minds, entitles responsability. Knowing you are poisoning them with trash means you are just that. Reggaeton has done nothing but sexualize youth, its dance, beats, influence lust, unlike other music with melody. I am american first, Born, but raised 12 years in uruguay, a country of folklore and candombe, where music is poetry.
For me personally the real american music is country, rock&roll, jazz, blues... Lyrics of love, unity, family. I've never been political, for me this is cultural. Cultures should be respected. American football is that; AMERICAN. Not singing in english alone is a disrespect and the popular vote has done this, put untallented trash over real musicians, real voices, real positive energy. Imagine how real talented american artists feel when brands chose trash over their talent.. Thats what our world has come to... Music is energy, you feed from its vibration. If you want to toxify yourself by singing trash as mantras its your body your mind.
