@COYSJordan94 @gloryglorytott Who is truly consistent now though?
Not many players are in the prem Arsenal are awful as an attacking side. Set pieces has won them this title. It’s grim!
English

@gloryglorytott Totally agree. I think Semenyo is good for a Spurs, Villa, Newcastle etc but for me he is more of a purple patch merchant which is why i was a bit surprised City signed him.
English

@Trentendupper I wasn’t criticising Forest!
Villa were poor it’s got nothing to do with my point. Teams are free to make changes, fans moaning about integrity because Spurs won is the point.
English

@Trentendupper Which proves that none of the fans moaning about Villas side had merit.

@lukeherbert Can’t wait for Tel and Odobert to turn out like Olise 😂

@Cobisback He needs the confidence boost. If we have a prayer it’s of not conceding because we can’t score for shit 😂
English

@cyberistia Yep that’s why I’m so deflated now. How on earth are we going to win 3 games with zero creative players?

There’s a lot of noise around the Bissouma challenge Romero or the Spurs medical team for letting Xavi run off what looked like an ACL, but it’s all a bit of a sideshow. Even if you strip all that away, the real issue is far more basic and far more worrying.
We didn’t manage a meaningful attempt on goal until the 70th minute against the worst team in the league, who themselves only had two efforts.
That tells you everything. It’s not about one tackle, one decision, or one moment of bad luck. It’s about a team that looks blunt, predictable, and completely lacking in attacking threat. You can debate officiating or medical calls all you like, but when it takes that long to trouble the opposition, the problem is systemic.
Right now Spurs don’t just look fragile, they look toothless. And that’s a much bigger concern than anything that happened in the build up to it.
And with Xavi and Solanke potentially out, it’s hard to see where any spark or cutting edge suddenly comes from. If anything, it only reinforces the underlying issue rather than explaining it away.
Next up Villa.

@COYSJordan94 @gloryglorytott @Felon82 I’ve posted the link on here loads but our recruitment team did an interview in the summer about how well we recruited. It was terrible reading in the summer but now it looks like a fantastic indicator of why we are in the mess we are! They believe they are doing well 😂
English

@gloryglorytott @Felon82 Johnson was our highest scorer with 11 and that's when we were playing with 8 men in the opposition half 🤣🤣 it's tragic. We have spent the Kane money worse than we spent the Bale money on 😭😭
