@ryan_murton @TurfCastPodcast He did come across well. Puzzled though that he wondered why 1,000 fans didn’t turn up vs City - when it was in the peak summer holiday period. Bemused that he thinks the new system will (somehow) bring in non-white fans. 🤷‍♂️ Replayed it - and still couldn’t see his logic. 🤔

In your role as Clarets Trust chairman should you not of got the opinions of your members on the issue and represented those to the FAB?

All I can say from my side is that wasn’t the intention at all when the FAB voiced in favour of the change. Most of the FAB members are 30-65 year olds with season tickets, just to note, as well.

Just because the majority are in favour of a supposed system one or another, I don’t think that makes it the best way forward. Consideration should and has been given towards newer/younger fans, who will likely be in the minority.

@bigdave2908 @MrLongsider @BurnleyMundial @utcburnley82 @TurfCastPodcast @BurnleyOfficial I do understand that line of thinking, but I personally (as a season ticket holder who hasn’t benefitted from the change) don’t think a vote/poll would be the correct approach. It could have been done to garner opinion but fans would kick off if the Club didn’t follow its verdict
